Silent Retreat In Cumbria   ACCESSIBILITY

This retreat will be held in a tranquil and secluded location, offering guests the opportunity to experience a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Our retreat will offer a range of activities, including yoga, meditation and guided walks, to help guests relax and unwind, reconnect with nature, and find peace and balance before dropping into silence.

Our Space holders are available to provide support and guidance to participants. They can also provide a safe and comfortable space for people to talk about their feelings. Space holders will help create a safe space for everyone to feel heard and respected. On day 3 we will drop into silence coming out of silence on day 6.

Highlights
1. Silence: One of the most obvious highlights of a silent retreat is the opportunity to be in complete silence. This can provide a much-needed reprieve from the constant noise and demands of everyday life.

2. Reflection: A silent retreat provides an opportunity for self-reflection and introspection. This can be especially helpful for those who are looking to gain clarity on their life’s purpose or to address personal issues and challenges.

3. Connection With Nature: The natural environment can be a source of great healing, and a silent retreat provides a perfect opportunity to connect with nature. Spending time in nature can help to bring clarity to the mind and peace to the soul.

4. Connection With Others: it can also be a great opportunity to connect with other participants in the group. The shared experience of silence can often bring people together in unexpected ways.

5. Relaxation: One of the main benefits of a silent retreat is the opportunity to completely relax and unwind. The lack of noise, the peaceful setting, and the absence of technology can be a great way to recharge and restore balance.
