Katherine is a widely experienced yoga teacher with a variety of yoga styles and teachings available within her repertoire. She specialises in emotional shadow work and somatics and achieves this through using high energy ashtanga, expressive kundalini or intense yin yoga to drive emotion and awareness through the body.

Katherine will consider your group's needs and requirements specifically in order to provide the personal programme that will leave you feeling transformed and inspired.

Dear Katherine. We would love to come back and stay some time. Firstly, I must thank you for helping me start my yoga journey. Your 1:1 sessions were inspiring, calming and evoked my passion for yoga and meditation. Since last August, after finding a class nearby, I commenced a foundation course. This has been life changing and I made the decision to start teacher training next February. I will never forget my experience with you and your part in making this happen for me. This is a 90 minute session with a minimum capacity of 1 person. Yoga is available on Wednesdays from 8:30am.
